Step 1: Home staging consultation

Step 3: Pricing
a game plan to price your home is extremely important. We offer a pricing consultation that is data driven using current market statistics that will predict what price will attract the highest offer for your home and how long it will take to sell your home. We do this by using both a Market Absorption Report, which will show how many months of inventory are available in your area, as well as a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that will show historical data of all Active, Pending and Sold comparable homes in your area to determine the market value.

Using data and statistics to price your home will be the difference in whether your home sells fast for top dollar or if it does not sell at all. For example, if you are in a buyer's market with more than 6 months of available inventory and you are priced above the market then there is a good chance your home will not sell. On the flip side, if you are in a sellers market with less than 6 months of inventory then there is a good chance you can sell for a higher price.
